Checkout Terms and Conditions of Our Dumpster Services
TERMS OF LEASE1. The customer will accept full responsibility for the contents of the dumpster and agree to additional charges if the dumpster contains unacceptable materials or is over the allotted weight limit for the rental. Overweight charges are billed at $65 per ton. The customer's credit/debit card will be charged for any outstanding balance after the can has been removed from the property and taken, or by cash or check if there is no card on record.(No concrete, asphalt, stone, rock or dirt in dumpster)
The following items are unacceptable for pickup:
- Tires
- Paint
- Chemicals
- Solvents of any kind
- Oil
- Fuels
- No fires or shouldering materials in the dumpster
- Herbicides and pesticides
- Asbestos
- Radioactive
- Highly flammable
- Explosives
- Bio-medical
- Liquid wastes
- Freon
- Toxic or hazardous material
- Refrigerators
(Any of the above items discovered at the landfill will incur an additional charge equivalent to fines received.)
Included in the rental price:
- 10-yard: 2 tons or 4,000 lbs, and 10 days of rental
- 20-yard 2 tons or 4,000 lbs, and 10 days of rental
- 30-yard 3 tons or 6,000 lbs, and 10 days of rental
2. Do not overload the dumpster. Load to the fill line only. Any overload citations or legal judgments, against Texas Rubbish Dumpsters, terms while hailing from the customer's job site, will be paid by the customer, and/or dumpster may not be hauled for safety reasons. Customers are responsible for unloading excess debris at their expense.
3. The customer is responsible for having a clear accessible path for servicing containers. If the dumpster is inaccessible, or not ready for pick up, a $150 trip fee will apply. Valid reasons for us to charge a client the trip fee include but are not limited to overloaded containers, low laying power lines or tree branches, cars or any items or materials blocking access to pick up or drop off a container, material heaped up or hanging over the sides of the container, containers that are too heavy to be removed, locked gates or fences, inaccessible driveways or parking lots for any reason(s) or out of control. The trip is for the purpose of covering driver's pay, fuel, and time for re-routing the driver's planned schedule.
4. Texas Rubbish Dumpster charges a $25 fee to cancel your order, as long as the order is canceled by 4 pm EST on the business day before delivery. When we refund your credit card, it will be for the amount we charged minus $25. However, we will credit the $25 fee off your next order. Orders canceled after 4 pm on the business day before delivery will be charged a $150 trip fee. This is because our scheduling has already been completed and must be adjusted for the last minute changes.
5. Dumpsters are not to be moved by the customer. Texas Rubbish Dumpster will move the dumpsters upon request, however a trip fee will apply. Customer is responsible for any damages done to the dumpster while on their job site. Costs of damages will be charged back to the customer.
6. If it rains, snows, sleets, hails, etc., while the dumpster is in your possession, please understand that Texas Rubbish Dumpsters has no control over these events. This may affect the weight of your dumpster. We do not have in our possession or at our disposal , any tools or technology to prevent rain, snow, etc. from entering your dumpster to prevent the entry of rain or snow. Additionally, the dumpsters are not water-tight and will not hold water beyond the saturation of materials in the dumpster and/or a minimal pooling on the floor of the dumpster. Please understand that our company had to pay the landfill for the disposal of the contents of your dumpster. We are charged based on weight and if a dumpster is heavier because of the water saturation, we still have to pay the landfill too. No discounts or rebates will be given if rain affects the weight of your dumpster.
7. Customer will accept full responsibility for any damage to their driveway, lawn, etc, which results from delivery and/or pickup of dumpster under the direction of the customer or individuals working for the customer.
8. Customer is responsible for any fines, impounds or costs incurred from the state, country, or city jurisdictions while dumpster is on customer's job site.
9. Customer understands the rental time for the dumpster and that at any time after the rental period has expired (10 day rental). Texas Rubbish Dumpsters may remove the dumpster from the job site. Any days exceeding the 10 days will cost $10 per day until dumpster is picked up. All dumpster must be paid for upon delivery or before delivery.
10. Customer understands that in the event customer fails to pay in full money dues, Texas Rubbish Dumpsters may refer such matters to an attorney or collection agency. Customer agrees to pay, in addition to any amount due, all costs are incurred by Texas Rubbish Dumpsters as a result of this action, including court fees, collection fees and late fees ($30 fee on returned checks). A mechanic's lien will be placed on the property once an account goes into collection's status.
11. Ordering a container from this web site constitutes a personal guarantee. All information is treated with the strictest confidentiality, in accordance with PCI compliance guidelines.
12. I understand that it is my responsibility to contact Texas Rubbish Dumpsters when the dumpster is ready for pickup. Rental time stops once the customer has notified Texas Rubbish Dumpsters that the dumpster is ready for removal.
13. Non-Hazardous Solid Waste Only. Customer agrees not to put any waste that is liquid, or any waste that is, or contains, radioactive, volatile, corrosive, highly flammable, explosive, biomedical, biohazardous, infectious, toxic, and/or any hazardous wastes or substances (“Prohibited Waste”) into roll-off containers. Prohibited Waste includes, but is not limited to, tires, paint, batteries, paint cans, ashes, oil, vehicle parts, sewage sludge, etc.
14. Title to and liability for Prohibited Waste shall remain with Customer at all times. Texas Rubbish shall have the right to inspect, analyze, and/or test any waste delivered by customer.
15. Customer acknowledges that Texas Rubbish shall not be liable for any damage to driving surfaces resulting from Texas Rubbish trucks serving containers on the agreed upon areas and the surroundings. Customer acknowledges that they are not allowed to move around any roll-offs with their personal equipment or a third party’s equipment.
16. Prepayment at the time of reservation is required by debit card or credit card, Texas Rubbish will keep that card on file until the account is at a zero balance.
